３回目となる、山桜酵母のお酒が間もなく、真壁のひなまつりで販売されます！
それに先立ち、蔵元の西岡本店さんで、試飲会を兼ねての交流会となりました。
今回も、桜川産にこだわった日本酒になっています。
加波山の伏流水、真壁高校のコシヒカリ、桜川市磯部の山桜酵母、を真壁高校農業科の高校生杜氏が参加して醸造しています。
昨年２年目のお酒づくりは、真壁高校の生徒さんが携わったこともあって、各種メディアで取り上げていただき、だいぶ注目されていました。
個人的には、味や香りも年々磨きがかかっているように感じました(^_^）
