もちろん、かまやのご主人も桜川未来塾に参戦してるんで、仕事の合間をぬって、会合に参加してました。
前回同様、再び石を持ち寄ってきたわけで、また、いくつか料理を盛ってもらって、ワイワイやっておりました。

前回は、初めてということもあり、なかなかツッコンだ話も聞けなかったんですけど、今回ちょっとは、料理人の意見も聞けたのかなと感じております。

ふつーに商売として、料理用に石の皿を出せますか？聞いたんですけどご主人の率直な意見として、馴染みの客とか要望があれば使えますとのことでした。と答えるしかなかったかも知れません（汗）半ば強要？（爆）答えづらい質問すんませんでした。

ご主人からは、東京あたりの居酒屋なら、こういった野趣あふれる皿ならウケるんじゃないか？とのご意見もいただきました。
さっそく、Ａ賀さんに、東京（銀座）の黒豚料理屋さんに、刺身盛りとかの写真見せてみてくださいと、頼んじゃいました。
この間Ａ賀さんは、黒豚料理屋さんの注文で豚のお尻の置物を作っていたので、そのつてで無理やりですけどね。
それから、いろいろ話しているなかでのことなんですけど、灯篭も単体で展示してもお客の食いつきはいまいちでも、庭の木とかと一体でプロデュースするとお客の食いつきも良いそうで、そこから商談がすすんだとかいう話もききました。
石の皿も説明だけではピンと来なくて、実際使ってみたら目からウロコっていうか、ビックリしました。
ということで、理屈っぽいんですが、
今回、季節も季節ということで、我が社の忘年会の時にサプライズを用意することを提案しました。
