震災の影響で、霞ヶ浦用水の水がいきわたらず、近隣では半月くらいの遅れでようやく田んぼも植え終わったようです。
そんななかでも、自然界ではさくらんぼが食べごろになってます。
確か小学生のときだったと思うんですけど、何かの記念の苗木？だったんじゃないかと、、、
苗木を植えた理由はもはや分かりませんが、確実に実をつけるようになりました。
当然特に手入れをしているわけではないでの小粒です。酸味もありますがさわやかな味です。結構食べられたりします。
ところで、ＧＷの記事では、例年より遅れていると言った”とうむぎ”も穂が出てヒゲも生えてきてます。
出だしが遅れているので、食べごろも若干遅れるとは思いますが、何事もなければ6月中旬あたりからは出荷が始まるのではないでしょうか。
今年は、”とうもろこし狩り”体験をバスツアーで頼まれてますし、あるイベントでも頼まれてたりします。
どうしてもイベントとなると日程が決まっているので、都合よく収穫できるかが心配です。何か月も前に６月中旬以降になれば採れるようになります。。。
とは伝えましたが、遅れたもののなんとかなりそうなので一安心といったところです。
そういえば、自転車のすーさんにも都合きかれてましたね、なんとか大丈夫ですよ！今年は植えるところからとは行きませんでしたけど。収穫体験ならできそうですので、どうぞいらしてくださいな。
たぶんバーベキューも考えていると思います。
